Please review this information carefully and notify us of any discrepancies. Please note, when last minute or time sensitive services are booked, confirmations will only be in verbal form.

- Changes and Cancellations: HappyClients may modify or cancel their reservations subject to our cancellation policy. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. - HappyDriver Conduct: Our HappyDrivers are professionals who adhere to high standards of service. They are courteous, punctual, and maintain confidentiality.
- Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for appropriate behavior during the service. HappyCAR Shuttle reserves the right to terminate service if illegal or inappropriate behavior occurs.
- Vehicle Use: Our vehicles are intended for transportation only. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the client or passengers will be the client’s responsibility.
Pricing and Additional Charges

- Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for services such as waiting time, extra stops, tolls, parking fees, or special requests. These charges will be communicated to you and added to your final bill.
